Feb 6th

 

 

On Feb 5th in class we talked about our argumentative paper that our first rough draft is due Monday Feb the 10th and our first paper is on Crime and Punishment, we discussed how we should have out paper more to speaking to the audience. We watched a video and went through a PowerPoint to give us tips about how to set the paper. Our paper has to be 1500 words and its a research paper. It amazes me how I can jump from English 100 only writing 750 words and now English 101 and now writing 1500 which is almost 4 1/2 pages.  I have a lot to argue you about crime and punishment such as the death penalty and how it doesn't get used properly. we have human beings out here killing and kidnapping and there's nothing getting done to there consequences but jail time. There are many more situations. Also we brainstormed a little and came up with some actually topics to write about such as: Law, Crime, Punishment, Crime Rates, and many more. This is our first paper and I hope I do good and continue to boost my writing.
