Monday Jan 27, 2014 Sweeny English 101 class was established an writing assignment and we had to pick three topic out of about 9 and the whole class had to pick the same three to write about. Once it was time to discuss and pick topics nobody wanted to agree on the same ones. We took a vote and a student went to the bored and wrote down the list and we tried to all agree on one, but it still didn't work. After trying to pick three I just gave up because everybody was yelling and trying to argue over just picking a subject. I thought just picking any three would be fine, because we would still have to write a 4 1/2 page paper. Topics weren't all that easy but looking up information could have tied up everything to talk about. When class resumed Friday we are picking topics again and trying to agree on the topics to write about .

On Jan 22, 2014 the Richard Bland basketball team played the top 2nd team in the nation whom is Louisburg NC, it was a very competitive game the whole game. When the game first started off I was ify if Statesmen were going to be able to handle throughout the game. Both teams came out strong and very to play ball. Coaches, fans, players, and also teammates were roudy the whole game, our fans were much louder than the cheerleaders our pep squad was hype. During the game all players were going ballistic about winning the game. There were about 2 fight the whole game from start to play. The music had the game pumping because everybody likes a little bit of music to hype them up for anything. Dj Awall had the fans coming out their seats dancing, but throughout the game we had the game tied with a team that was top 2 and we were top 7. After the game got intense at the end of the day Bland played to the end and won.
